10 W 17

Welcome to 10w17, a groundbreaking architectural project designed to redefine urban living.

Flatiron District, Manhattan

In mid-2025, Prosper Property Group acquired 10 West 17th Street — a fully entitled, shovel-ready development site in Manhattan's Flatiron District — for $16.22 million. The site came with LPC and DOB-approved plans, positioning the team to break ground without delay in one of New York City's most architecturally significant neighborhoods.

Working alongside First Standard Construction, the team is now actively building 10W17 — an 18-story luxury residential tower designed by DXA Studio. The 52,000 s/f development will deliver 34 condominium residences across one- to three-bedroom layouts, including a collection of duplex penthouses and over 2,000 square feet of curated amenity space.

Located between Fifth and Sixth Avenues within the Ladies' Mile Historic District, the building's design responds directly to its landmark context — rising 185 feet with a striking curtain-wall façade that signals something genuinely new within a storied streetscape. First tenants are expected to take occupancy in spring 2027.
